Our minimum charge is $25 to go to your location and $25 an hour. Ninety percent of our customers bring their computers to us, just for the fact that they save over 50% by doing so. Since 80% of the repair market is virus or adware related, the scans required to fix these issues can take from 2 to sometimes 24 hours. It would not be cost effective to pay someone to sit at your location for many hours at $25 an hour. We are aware that in some cases you may not be able to bring a desktop or printer problems, ect. to our location and we will be glad to come out.
The average repair issues range from $40 to $80. If you bring your pc to me, the rate is a flat $25 an hour.
We are near I-45 and Woodlands Pkwy. You can call or email me anytime. Be sure to leave a message if you get voice mail. A lot of the time we are on the phone with another customer or working on a pc, and we will call you as soon as possible. It will never be longer than 24 hours. We will work on you pc on weekends at my location, but may not go on site on some weekends, depending on our schedule at the time.

"We is me". I have been doing PC, network, Server support for the last 17 years. I have been doing web design for almost as long. I work alone. I can offer lower prices than other companies becasue I have no overhead. I work from my home, so I do not have to pay rent for a building and all that comes with it. I do not have vast stocks of parts and computers. I hand pick Laptops to sell to my customers, getting them at under market prices. I have no employees to pay. All the savings I pass on to you, my customers.
What I offer is better than all that. I offer a wide range of knowledge of computers, WIndows Operating systems and networking. If you need a part, it can be obtained. If you need a new laptop, I may have one to meet your needs.
Most of my work of late has been virus or adware related problems or designing Web Sites. Most simple adware or virus issues can be removed for under $75.00. But, if these infections can become so embedded into you operating system, it becomes only cost effective to format your hard drive and start new.
Important!
If you bring me a machine that is only worth about $100 or $150 and I fond out that your systems is so messed up that it will need to be reformatted, you may decide that instead of paying $80 to $100, you want to just buy a new one. Thats fine. I will stop working on the infected one and that will save you $50 or $60 bucks. (cont...>>>>
