If you have a computer problems that requires going on site to evaluate or repair, the cost is $20.00 to come out. I will give you an assessment of what the problem is and what it will cost to repair the computer. If I find and solve your pc problem within 30 minutes, the cost is $50. Every hour after the first is $25.00. Most issues can be resolved for under $60.

The second most common problem last month was laptop screens. This can be problematic to fix because you have to have either an extra screen or a motherboard to see which part is causing the problem. If your pc tech does not have either one, it is hard to diagnose.

The most common problem or complaint is "My PC is running slow". And what I hear most peeople say back to the person is, "You have adware or a virus". This may be true in 50% of the cases but what I have run into lately is this.

You have to realize that as the days go by your pc gets older. And as the days go by software and software updates get newer. These new software packages are designed for systems with twice the horsepower as yours. So as it seems your pc has become slower, it could be a gradual build up of newer software making it seem like it is your operating system or pc that has a problem.
